City of Horicon issued the following announcement on Sept. 29.
The city of Horicon Trick-or-Treat will be Sunday, October 31st from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Households wanting to hand out treats should keep an outside light on for trick-or-treaters.
