Thursday, March 17, 2022 8:00 AM - 9:30 AMCST

The current state of the world has created an increase in stress for most people. However, it has also helped us to recognize the importance of self-care. This program will examine the role of Human Resources and other leaders in the development of a more positive and healthy work environment; through the awareness of mental health issues and how to support employees.

Learning Objectives:

Leaders will identify the impact of mental health challenges facing employees.

Leaders will develop an understanding of how to identify employees who are struggling.

Leaders will find ways to incorporate trust and empathy to enhance workplace culture.

Leaders will be able to develop their own self-care plan to promote personal and professional growth.
