Fond Du Lac Times

There were 1,567 students enrolled in North Fond du Lac School District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.8% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.5% of them were boys, and 48.5% were girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 67.5% of the North Fond du Lac School District total enrollment.

North Fond du Lac School District covers five schools within Fond du Lac County, with its main office in North Fond du Lac.

Among the five schools in the North Fond du Lac School District, Friendship Learning Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 640 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Nearly 830,000 students were enrolled in Wisconsin schools in the 2021-22 school year. This is a 0.85% decrease from the year before. In sharp contrast to declining public school figures, enrollment in charter schools rose 4.5% to more than 52,000.
