Rep. Glenn Grothman, a U.S. Congressman representing Wisconsin's 6th district since 2015, shared insights and updates through his social media posts on March 24 and 25, 2025. Grothman, who has a long-standing connection with the University of Wisconsin–Madison as an alumnus, highlighted various engagements and initiatives.

On March 24, Grothman expressed his enthusiasm about visiting the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus. He stated, "It was great to be back on the UW-Madison campus! I had the opportunity to tour the Nursing School with Chancellor Jennifer L. Mnookin and Vice Chancellor Craig Thompson, where we discussed the importance of rural care and dementia care." This visit underscores his focus on healthcare issues such as rural and dementia care.

The following day, March 25, Grothman commented on federal government reforms under President Trump’s administration. He noted that "President Trump and his entire Cabinet are committed to tackling fraud, waste, and abuse within the federal government." He also mentioned an Executive Order signed by President Trump aimed at modernizing government payments by transitioning from paper checks to electronic payments.

Later that day, Grothman commemorated National Medal of Honor Day by recalling its historical significance. He tweeted about the first Medals of Honor awarded in 1863: "On March 25, 1863, six men were awarded our country’s first Medals of Honor for their bravery in military service." His post served as a tribute to those who have served in uniform.
