Rep. Glenn Grothman discusses community outreach and disaster response efforts

Rep. Glenn Grothman, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Wisconsin, recently shared updates on his community engagement and advocacy efforts through several posts on social media.

On August 18, 2025, Grothman highlighted his participation in a local event, stating, "Had a fantastic time at the @mtChamberOrg Cookout in Thiensville Village Park! Great food, great conversations, and a chance to connect with so many friendly faces and local businesses like Health In Balance Physical Therapy, Fitness, and Wellness and @aireservofns It is always a https://t.co/kD7vdqy3ql".

Three days later, on August 21, he addressed recent natural disasters affecting Wisconsin communities. Grothman wrote, "I’m proud to join the Wisconsin delegation in urging FEMA to act swiftly in response to the severe flooding devastating communities across our state. We stand united in fighting for relief and support for hardworking Wisconsinites. https://t.co/Xl201GlQjq".

Later that same day, Grothman shared insights from his visit to an organization supporting people with developmental disabilities: "What an inspiring visit to Fox River Industries in Green Lake County! They provide meaningful support and opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, changing lives and strengthening our community.

Grothman has served as a U.S. Representative since 2015. He has consistently secured re-election victories over multiple cycles: defeating John Zarbano in 2024 with 61.2% of the vote; Jessica King in 2020 with 59.2%; Dan Kohl in 2018 with 55.5%; Sarah Lloyd in 2016 with 57.2%; and Mark L. Harris in 2014 with 56.8%.
