The Fond du Lac Society for Human Resource Management (FDL SHRM) organization, a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac, will host a workshop entitled Engaging in Meaningful Dialogue about Racial Injustice in the Workplace on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at South Hills Golf & Country Club.
FDL SHRM has partnered with Laurice Snyder, the District Coordinator of Equity for the Fond du Lac School District, to facilitate an open dialogue on diversity in the workplace. Human Resource professionals, as well as small business owners and entrepreneurs, can be tasked with improving diversity and inclusion within their respective organizations. This workshop will assist these professionals in building capacity for cultural appropriateness, honing their skills to start conversations in meaningful and respective ways, and cultivating safe and inclusion work environments.
