The Fond Du Lac County Sheriff's office has reported a significant arrest of an illegal alien who sexually assaulted a twelve year old and has additional potential crimes of sexual assault of a child, false imprisonment, child human trafficking, failure to protect a child, and more.

Police were alerted to the crime when the victim, a twelve year old girl, escaped from the suspect’s car where he had bound and blindfolded her and was attempting to assault her. She ran to a nearby house for help. The resident of the house helped her call 911 and report the crime

The suspect is a thirty-one year old man from Nicaragua. His true identity is still unknown to the department as he has used multiple illegal aliases in the past. It was determined that he entered the country illegally by crossing the U.S. Mexico border into Texas in October of 2021 where he was apprehended by US Customs and Border Protection agents. He was processed and released following federal immigration policy.

The resulting investigation determined that allegedly the victim’s mother, whose immigration status is still unknown, accepted payment from the suspect to spend time with her daughter. The victim and her siblings have been removed from their mother’s care. Both the mother and the male suspect are in custody at the Fond de Lac County jail for their crimes related to this incident.

A recent poll of Wisconsin voters released by the League of American Workers reported that 56% of Wisconsin voters think President Joe Biden’s border policies are to blame for crimes like an illegal alien’s February 22 murder of University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley.

Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student at Augusta University, was found murdered on February 22, 2024, after going for a jog at the University of Georgia campus. Jose Antonio Ibarra, a 26-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela, was charged in her murder. Riley had been killed by blunt force trauma to the head.

Ibarra had previously been arrested by the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol on September 8, 2022 for entering the U.S. illegally near El Paso, Texas. He was then released pending adjudication of his claim for “asylum.” He was then arrested again in August 2023 by the New York Police Department and charged with acting in a manner to injure a child and a motor vehicle license violation.

39% of Wisconsin voters also said Biden policies bear a “great deal” of responsibility for crimes such as Riley’s murder by an illegal alien, while 17% said these policies bear “some” responsibility.

The LAW poll also found that 70% of Wisconsin voters think the federal government is weak at securing the U.S. borders, reported the The Sconi.

The survey was conducted among 600 likely Wisconsin voters on April 6-9, 2024 by North Star Public Opinion Research.
