Rep. Glenn Grothman, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 6th district since 2015, shared insights from his recent engagements through a series of tweets. The congressman, who succeeded Tom Petri and has a background in law from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, discussed various topics including workforce development and community contributions.
On February 6, 2025, Rep. Grothman highlighted a meeting with the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce organization where they deliberated on strategies to "foster a skilled workforce and ensure the continued growth of Wisconsin’s strong manufacturing sector." "I had a very productive meeting with @WisconsinMC."
Later that day, he engaged with members of the Pulp & Paperworkers Resource Council to address industry challenges and explore methods to bolster workforce numbers. He stated, "I met with Wisconsin members of the Pulp & Paperworkers Resource Council."
On February 8, 2025, Rep. Grothman expressed gratitude towards Boy Scouts for their community service and commitment to character building.
