Rep. Glenn Grothman, who has been serving in the United States Congress since 2015 representing Wisconsin's 6th district, shared several updates via social media on April 9, 2025. Grothman, born in Milwaukee in 1955, also engaged with local agricultural stakeholders and recognized a national day of observance in his recent tweets.

On April 9, 2025, Grothman acknowledged the contributions of Greenstone Farm Credit Services to agriculture, particularly in Wisconsin. He stated, "Greenstone Farm Credit Services is proud to support the heart of rural America - helping Wisconsin’s farmers and communities thrive for over 100 years. As one of America’s largest rural lenders, they’ve worked tirelessly to help build a stronger future in the field of agriculture".

In a subsequent social media post, Grothman discussed his recent meeting with Wisconsin's pork industry representatives. On April 9, 2025, he tweeted, "Had a great (meat) - ing with @WI_Pork today to discuss key priorities for the future of Wisconsin's pork industry. Their mission to promote and protect the industry is crucial in ensuring its success for generations to come!".

Grothman also took a moment to honor former prisoners of war on National Former Prisoner of War Recognition Day, observed on April 9. He expressed, "#NationalFormerPrisonerofWarRecognitionDay, observed on April 9th, honors the remarkable courage of those who have endured brutal captivity and unimaginable hardships. This day is a reminder of the faith and determination that carried these warriors through their darkest".
