Rep. Glenn Grothman, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin's 6th district, recently shared his experiences at several community events through social media posts. These tweets reflect his engagement with local activities and support for various community efforts.
On May 9, 2025, Rep. Grothman attended the Oshkosh Military History Day event where he expressed gratitude towards the volunteers who contributed to bringing history to life. He stated, "Honored to be one of over 200 attendees at Oshkosh Military History Day! I appreciate the chance to support the museum and the incredible volunteers who brought history to life. Thank you for making it all possible!"
The following day, May 10, 2025, Grothman participated in a community gathering organized by the Collins Volunteer Fire Department. He remarked on his experience at this event saying, "Had a great time at the Collins Volunteer Fire Department Brat Fry & Raffle - complete with a Cornhole Tournament! This event included activities such as a brat fry and raffle alongside a cornhole tournament.
Later that same day, he reflected on attending an Easter Breakfast hosted by Lomira St. Mary’s Church over the previous weekend. In his tweet he noted,"I was so (hoppy) to stop by Lomira St. Mary Easter Breakfast last weekend! It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect and give thanks, surrounded by families and friends who also celebrate this cherished tradition."
