Rep. Glenn Grothman, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin's 6th district since 2015, has been active in sharing his experiences and engagements within the state. Born in Milwaukee and residing in Glenbeulah, Grothman has served in various political capacities over the years.
On June 7, 2025, Rep. Grothman highlighted the significance of the alcohol industry to Wisconsin’s economy by noting that "More than 161,000 jobs in Wisconsin are supported by the alcohol industry – an important driver of our state’s economy." He attended the 76th Annual Manitowoc County Tavern League Banquet at Good Times in Mishicot.
Later that day, Grothman shared his experience at a local farmers market in Fond du Lac. He expressed appreciation for community engagement and local vendors by stating "There’s nothing quite like a Saturday morning at the farmers market - especially in Fond du Lac! Loved hanging out with the community, exploring local vendors, and tasting some amazing fresh finds."
On June 8, 2025, he celebrated the opening of Gateway Sports Academy located in Mel's Village within Ozaukee County. In his words: "Thrilled to stop by the Grand Opening and Open House of Gateway Sports Academy - a state-of-the-art facility and the very first to launch in Mel’s Village..."
Glenn Grothman's political career began with his service in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 2003 to 2005 before moving on to serve on the Wisconsin State Senate until he joined Congress.
