Glenn Grothman's recent tweets cover Israel support and national celebrations

Rep. Glenn Grothman, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Wisconsin’s 6th district since 2015, recently shared his views and celebrations through a series of tweets. Grothman, who has been active in politics since serving in the Wisconsin State Assembly and Senate, continues to express his support for international allies and national milestones.

On June 13, 2025, Rep. Grothman expressed his firm support for Israel's right to self-defense in a tweet stating " The United States stands firmly with Israel as it exercises its right to defend itself." He emphasized Iran's role as a "leading sponsor of terror" and asserted that it should never be allowed to develop nuclear weapons. He concluded by expressing gratitude for Israel's successful mission and concern for safety.

The following day, on June 14, 2025, he commemorated the U.S. Army's anniversary by tweeting "Happy 250th Birthday to the U.S. Army!" Grothman highlighted the historical significance of the Army as the oldest branch of the U.S. Armed Forces since June 14, 1775, acknowledging the sacrifices made by service members throughout history.

Later that day, Rep. Grothman extended birthday wishes to President Biden with a tweet celebrating both his birthday and leadership: "Happy Birthday @POTUS!" He praised Biden's contributions during his terms in office including achievements like higher wages for Americans and restored border security.

Glenn Grothman's extensive career includes previous roles in Wisconsin state politics before joining Congress. Born in Milwaukee in 1955 and currently residing in Glenbeulah, he holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
