Glenn Grothman highlights local engagement through Ozaukee awards, LakeApalooza event, and Amcor visit

Rep. Glenn Grothman, U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 6th congressional district, recently highlighted several community and business events across his district through a series of posts on his official Twitter account.

On September 3, 2025, Rep. Grothman expressed appreciation for local residents’ dedication at the Ozaukee Impact Awards: "I was honored to attend the Ozaukee Impact Awards, celebrating the hardworking men and women who strengthen our community every day. Hearing the stories of my constituents’ dedication and service was truly inspiring! Thank you to @OzaukeeNC for hosting a meaningful event and https://t.co/70fFLcoovs".

Two days later, on September 5, he posted about attending Green Lake LakeApalooza with members of the community: "Last weekend, I joined members of the community at Green Lake LakeApalooza to close out summer and wrap up the August work period. From families coming together, local talent on display, and the shared spirit that keeps Wisconsin strong, these events make our #WI06 community so https://t.co/E0yDZ7ZekW".

Later that same day, Grothman commented on a visit to Amcor in Neenah: "I had a great visit to Amcor in Neenah to see the impressive work happening right here in Wisconsin. From research and development to manufacturing and sustainable innovation, Amcor is driving the way forward. Their commitment to keeping manufacturing strong in the U.S. and https://t.co/jSZNzTcnZu".

Glenn Grothman has maintained a consistent presence in Wisconsin politics over recent election cycles. In 2024 he defeated John Zarbano by securing 61.2% of votes; previous victories include defeating Jessica King in 2020 with 59.2%, Dan Kohl in 2018 with 55.5%, Sarah Lloyd in 2016 with 57.2%, and Mark L. Harris in 2014 with 56.8%.
