City offices in the City/County Government Center will be closed on Monday, September 5, 2022 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.
The Municipal Service Center will also be closed on Monday, September 5th for all services, including refuse and recycling collection and bulky waste
drop off. There will be no refuse and recycling collection on Monday, September 5th.
Refuse/garbage normally collected on Monday will be collected on
Tuesday, September 6th with the normal Tuesday collection. Please
have your materials set out by 5:00 am on Tuesday to accommodate
the additional collections. Yard waste and brush may still be dropped
off during the holiday hours.
Recycling collection, performed by Waste Management, will have a
one-day service delay throughout the remainder of week.

The Senior Center and Fond du lac Public Library will both be closed on
Monday, September 5th.
City Transit Buses will not operate on Monday, September 5th, but will resume regular routes on September 6th.
As always, Police and Fire Departments will be fully operational throughout the holiday period.
