The Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance has announced the winners of its 14th annual Excellence in Manufacturing/K-12 Partnerships Awards. The event is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at Resch Expo in Green Bay. It aims to highlight effective collaborations between manufacturers and educational institutions in northeast Wisconsin and to showcase local manufacturing talent.

Ann Franz, executive director of the NEW Manufacturing Alliance, said, “The Awards dinner is a celebration of the strong partnerships that have formed between manufacturers and education.” She continued, “The evening will showcase best practices and provide other schools and manufacturers a roadmap they can replicate.”

The awards will honor both educational and manufacturing organizations. Education award winners include Marinette High School for Brighter Image, Joe Ciontea from WTEA as Career Pathmaker – Administrator, Cyndi Pavelski from Inspire Wisconsin – CESA 6 as Career Pathmaker – Educator, Max Garvey from Oshkosh Area School District as Career Pathmaker – Tech Ed Teacher, and James B. Mathews from College of Menominee Nation & Clintonville High School in the Higher Education category.

Manufacturer award recipients are Eagle Performance Plastics for Brighter Image, Amcor for Educational Partnership, A to Z Machine Co. for Leadership, Russ Nowak of D&S Machine Service, Inc. as Visionary, and LaForce for Youth Apprenticeship.

Envision Greater Fond du Lac & Project G.R.I.L.L. will receive the Community Partnership award.

The event will also recognize the 2025 All Stars from companies such as Burger Boat, Georgia-Pacific, Green Bay Drop Forge, KI, Miller Electric, Nature’s Way, Nicolet Plastics, Nueske Applewood Smoked Meats, Rockline Industries, Titletown Manufacturing and U.S. Lubricants.
