Joe Fazio Joins Bristol Morgan Bank Board of Directors

Bristol Morgan Bank welcomes Joe Fazio to the Board of Directors. Fazio brings over 35 years of banking leadership experience, most recently as CEO and Founder of Commerce State Bank, which he started in 2005 and grew to over $800 million in total assets.

“As the Bank continues to grow and we expand in additional markets, Joe’s success in developing, leading and executing company strategy; finding and cultivating talent, and strengthening shareholder communications will be an invaluable asset to our organization” said Ryan Kamphuis, President and CEO of Bristol Morgan Bank.

With a strong presence in Wisconsin and involvement with various organizations, both for and non-profit, Fazio appreciates the need for growing community banks.

“I look forward to sharing my knowledge, experience, and network with Bristol Morgan Bank as a member of their board of directors. Ryan Kamphuis has assembled an excellent team to execute the bank’s growth strategy and I look forward supporting them” Fazio said of joining the Board.

In addition to banking leadership, Fazio has a strong background in marketing, sales, information technology and business management. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and is author of the book “This Might be a Dumb Question, but How Does Money Work?”.

Fazio was elected by the board to a three-year term.
