In a speech at a campaign rally in October 2024, former President Donald Trump said he will "never yield" in his mission to improve the political situation of the country.
"From the very beginning of this journey, I have been on a mission to rescue our nation from a failed and corrupt political establishment... and to give you back the country you believe in, the country you were born in, and the country you deserve," said Donald John Trump, 45th President of the United States. "In that mission, I will never quit, I will never bend, I will never break, and I will never yield."
Early voting in Wisconsin begins on October 22, with absentee ballots currently available. Residents can register to vote online until October 16 or in person up to and on election day.
According to Trump, during a rally in Juneau, Wisconsin, he spoke for nearly two hours, framing the upcoming election as crucial for the country's future. He declared that if Republicans lose, "this country is finished." He encouraged early voting and mail-in ballots, emphasizing the importance of turnout. Trump discussed Vice President Kamala Harris and Wisconsin's Democratic Governor Tony Evers and addressed concerns over issues like immigration, inflation, and the economy. Supporters in attendance cited the border and economy as their top concerns heading into the election.
The rally in Juneau marked Trump's fourth visit to the state in eight days. He urged supporters to vote early, emphasizing Wisconsin's importance for his campaign by stating, "If we win Wisconsin, we win the presidency." With the election nearing, Trump focused on voter turnout's significance, encouraging absentee and early voting.
