Envision Greater Fond du Lac held a ribbon cutting event at The Center-Uniting Mind, Body, and Spirit to mark the opening of its new location and a partnership with Marian University. The event recognized The Center’s efforts to offer spiritual and wellness programs in the Fond du Lac area.

The collaboration with Marian University will allow The Center to provide classes and programs while engaging directly with university students, staff, and faculty.

Dr. Michael Ketterhagen founded The Center, which is approaching its 25th anniversary in September 2025. Mary Ketterhagen, his widow, participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new location.

The Center describes spirituality as “the path one consciously travels to the Spirit or with the Spirit,” and healing as “the path one consciously chooses to achieve wholeness of body, mind, and soul/spirit.” According to their statement: “At The Center, their hope for all individuals, regardless of belief, is to help access the true self, which is the inner source of healing and connection with the Divine.”

The organization states that it values different spiritual traditions present in Fond du Lac. “The Center is a place to share and experience both similarities and differences among guests,” according to representatives.

The new site for The Center is located at 96 S. National Avenue in Fond du Lac. More information about its offerings can be found on its website.
