On Saturday, March 4, 2023, the Envision Greater Fond du Lac Agri-Business Council will host the 19th Annual Fond du Lac Area Agriculture Showcase. The Ag Showcase offers an opportunity to promote and educate the public about agriculture. This year’s theme, “Plant the Seed,” will help educate the consumer about our agricultural stories and how they are connected to the agricultural industry.

We invite you to be part of this educational event! New this year, interactive fun in the enhanced kids area to educate the whole family. We'll also have a variety of vendors, freezer meal cooking classes, and samples of local cheese and sausage....and beer and wine for those 21+.

Bring the family for an unforgettable ag experience (it is so much more than the cooking classes!)!

Information on freezer meal cooking classes:

Freezer meal cooking classes require pre-registration.

Each class is $15 per entree (which services 4-6 people); no refunds.

Each class is 60 minutes. Each registratrant is expected to prepare their own entree(s). No additional materials/equipment required.

Class registration does not include the $5 event admission fee to the Ag Showcase (payable at the door).

Registrants must register for each class they want to participate in; registrants can register for up to 3 entrees per class (for example: Sue is interested in signing up for 1 pork tenderloin, 2 pineapple chicken, and 2 taco soup entrees. She owes $75 for all the classes she wishes to take).

Schedule of classes:

9:30 a.m. - Lemon Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

11:00 a.m. - Tropical Pineapple Chicken

12:30 p.m. - Easy Beef Taco Soup

Event admission is $5 per person; children 10 and under are FREE!
